Honda ST1300 was first introduced to the US in 2002 as a sport touring model and to Europe, under the name Pan-European, as a touring model. The 2009 Honda ST1300 model is powered by 1261cc V-4 longitudinal engine mounting which improves power flow and drivetrain efficiency, and two engine counterbalancers eliminate vibration for super-smooth long-distance touring.
The programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI) delivers precise air/fuel mixture in all conditions, while dual exhaust catalyzers reduce emissions. Combined with aluminum frame which gives optimal rigidity and tuned flex to produce excellent handling, with superb riding comfort and road feel.
