1996 Yamaha TDM850 The Yamaha TDM850 is Dual Sports or Adventure Sports motorcycle produced by Yamaha Motor Company of Japan, that first came out in 1991. The 1996 TDM850 is driven by a forward-inclined parallel 2-cylinder, liquid-cooled 4-stroke, DOHC, 5 valve engine producing 78 bhp (56.6 kW) maximum power at 7500 rotation per minutes and 8.1 kg-m maximum torque per minutes. Its engine was derived from the Paris Dakar winning Yamaha XTZ 750 Super Tenere.

2009 Triumph Scrambler Specs and Engine Features

2009 Triumph Scrambler The 2009 Triumph Scrambler was inspired by the 60’s Triumph off road sports motorcycles. The new Scrambler is driven by a 865cc air-cooled, parallel twin cylinder engine equipped with fuel injection system and a 270 degree crank generating 44kW maximum power at 6,800 rpm and 69Nm maximum torque at 4,750 rpm. The twin balancer shafts provide civility and refinement. 90% of peak torque is maintained from around 2500rpm through to redline providing smooth, effortless acceleration throughout the five gears.

The Scrambler features a strong tubular steel cradle frame and supple front and rear suspension (41mm telescopic forks and twin chromed spring preload-adjustable rear shocks), wide handlebars and high-set footpegs further aid control and low-speed manoeuvrability. Steering geometry is set at 27.8° of rake, with 105mm of trail and a wheelbase of 1500mm. Twin piston calipers are used for both brakes, the front working a single 310mm disc, the rear a 255mm disc, for ample stopping power. Available color Jet Black and Matt Khaki Green.
