The 2011 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Sport is an ultimate sport oriented motorcycle, with long-distance touring, urban and road enduro capability manageable by an electronic Ride-by-Wire (RbW) system). This Multistrada Sport Edition gets carbon fibre components including front air intakes, cam belt covers, rear hugger, and lateral air extractors. This model also receives Bosch-Brembo ABS braking system, and Ducati’s high performance electronic suspension system setup. The Öhlins forks and rear monoshock suspension can be adjusted by using pre-set riding modes via the instrument panels. Traction control is also standard, for rear wheel spin detection and control. A durable Liquid-cooled 8-valve L-Twin powerhouse is mated to a 6-speed gearbox featuring overdrive, and delivers maximum 150 hp and 87.5 lb.ft. of torque. The bike is off-road ready with the extra-long travel, lightweight suspension, and a robust aluminum sump guard.
