The 2010 Ford Sport Trac XLT 4X2 mid-size pickup is more of a 5-seat SUV with a modest 21.2 in. by 49.6 in. cargo bed. Riding on an extended wheelbase Explorer platform, and utilizing an independent rear suspension, gives it a good on-road handling ability. The base 4.0-Liter 6-cylinder V6 engine that’s paired to a 5-speed automatic, generates 210 horsepower at 5100 rpm and 254 lbs.-ft. of peak torque at 3700 rpm. It is capable of carrying 1390 lbs. payload and has 3500 lbs. of towing capacity. The cargo box features composite material, three integrated storage bins, and cargo box tie down. The 2010 Sport Trac XLT 4X2 comes standard with trailer-sway control, manual air condition, AM/FM stereo with single CD player, front cloth bucket seat, 60/40 split-fold rear seat, floor console with floor shifter, circular style fog lamp, black molded front and rear bumper, security approach lamps, and 16” cast aluminum wheels.
