jag xfr 2011 The 2011 Jaguar XFR is a rear wheel drive mid-size sedan, moving on a 510 hp 5.0 L Gen III V8 Petrol engine completed by a high efficiency twin vortex supercharger with intercooler.  Besides large power output, the engine also has comparable fuel economy and CO2 emissions to its forerunner.  Gearbox is ZF 6-speed auto including shift paddles on steering wheel.  Among the state of the art controls are Dynamic Stability control, Adaptive Dynamics, and Active Differential Control System.  Standard features are 7” color touch screen, front side and rear curtain airbag with dual deployment, power telescopic and power tilt steering column, bi-xenon high intensity discharge headlights with auto leveling, and power glass tilt and slide moonroof.  The XFR sits lower than the XF.  Some of its exterior’s distinctive features are a revised bumper design, lower front air intakes, sill extensions, hood vents and trilles, aerodynamic trunk-lid spoiler, rear HVAC ducts, and 20” multi-spoke wheels that cover quad-exhaust tailpipes and cross drilled rotors.
