The 2011 Nissan Maxima SV combines the features of an entry-level luxury sedan with the look and performance of a sports car. Stylish exterior design cues shows a wide grill and boomerang shaped headlights. A power moonroof comes standard. This midsize 4-door sedan can seat 5 occupants, although back seat passengers will not have as much comfort due to the low sloping roofline. The trunk has generous luggage space of over 14 cu.in. Powertrain is a 290-hp 3.5-liter V6 mated to a CVT transmission with manual mode. Zero to 60 mph sprint is timed at just over six seconds. Safety system includes stability and traction control, anti-lock brakes, front seat side airbags and active head restraints, and side curtain airbags. The upscale 2011 Maxima SV trim level adds foglamps, driver seat manual thigh support extender, leather upholstery, and 9-speaker premium Bose audio with satellite radio. The SV can be upgraded with with the Premium or Sport packages.
