The 2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Base Sedan is a 4-door 5-passenger subcompact sedan with simple styling and inexpensive price tag. Power is generated by a 1.6-Liter four-cylinder DOHC engine, teamed up with a five-speed manual gearbox, producing 107-horsepower and 111 pound-feet of torque. It manages just over ten seconds to get from start to 60 mph. Driving is pretty comfortable with a softly tuned suspension and enough cabin room. At the back, it provides a 13.8 cubic-feet of trunk space. As one of the cheapest car in the US, this lowest trim Nissan Versa 1.6 Base Sedan is stripped off from many convenience features. It comes with intermittent wipers, 14” steel wheels, tilt steering wheel, four speakers (however, with no stereo and air conditioning). Moving up to the 2011 Nissan Versa 1.6 Sedan trim level, adds air-conditioning and anti-lock brake system (ABS). Front side airbags and side curtain airbags are standard.
