The 2011 Harley Davidson Road King® Base is a long-distance touring motorcycle driven by a rubber O-mounted Twin Cam 96™ V-Twin engine mated to a 6-speed transmission with Integrated Isolated Drive System (IDS). It produces 92.6 lb.ft. of torque @ 3500 rpm. This premium fueled ESPFI engine has fuel consumption rated at 35 mpg city drive and 54 mpg highway. Highlights in the 2011 Road King® base include classic Hiawatha headlamp, high output accessory connector, injection molded hard bags providing 2.26 cu.ft. of compartment space, front and rear 4-piston caliper brakes with dual front rotors, air-adjustable rear shocks, Electronic Throttle Control (ETC), 17” large front wheel with low aspect ratio for tight turning radius and balance driving, 28-spoke cast aluminum wheels, 2-1-2 exhaust, and 6 gallon fuel tank.
