2011 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom The 2011 Harley-Davidson Sportster® 1200 Custom moves from the Sportster® 1200 platform, and put on a wider front end, pull-back handlebar, forward mounted controls, re-shaped LED tail lamp, 5-spoke cast aluminum wheels, and thicker chunkier Michelin® Scorcher™ tires that necessitates the wider fork spacing, polished triple clamp and re-tuned suspension.  This masculine and contemporary looking bike is driven by a 1200cc air-cooled Evolution® V-Twin powertrain, mated to a 5-speed transmission that delivers 79 ft.lbs. of torque.  The 4-stroke engine is rubber mounted to reduce vibration, with OHV pushrod valve configuration.  Rear suspension travel is a good 2.12 in., with 4.4 in. of ground clearance.  If all that authentic style is not enough, standard look can still be modified to customer preference, since H-D offers H-D1 factory customization including paint choice, chrome or black engine cover, three handlebar option (Pull-back, Drag, or Mini Ape bars), and two seat design choices.

KTM 450 Supermoto KTM 450 SMR Supermoto has single cylinder, 4-stroke engine with total displacement 449.3 cc. KTM and its SMR lineup have been at the forefront of the stateside progression of supermoto racing. Between its strictly supermoto SMRs and double-duty SMC models that come with motocross as well as 17-inch SM wheels. The new 450 SMR is pretty much the hottest standard Supermoto model currently on the market. This thoroughbred racing bike was developed for the KTM factory team according to the motto “Ready to Race” and was successfully tested at the 2007 World Championships.
