The first generation of Honda CB500 Twin is labeled as CB500-R series (introduced in October 1993). This CB500-R is mounted by a 180° parallel twin engine, with a balancer shaft to smooth out engine vibration. The engine is liquid-cooled. 1965HondaCB450 The Honda CB450 was the first “big” Honda motorcycle with a 444cc dual overhead cam engine producing 43-45 horsepower (more than 100 HP/ litre).  It was first released in 1965. Although the CB450 never sold up to Honda’s expectations, it had excellent engineering for the time, notably including reliable components.
