1996 Yamaha TDM850 The Yamaha TDM850 is Dual Sports or Adventure Sports motorcycle produced by Yamaha Motor Company of Japan, that first came out in 1991. The 1996 TDM850 is driven by a forward-inclined parallel 2-cylinder, liquid-cooled 4-stroke, DOHC, 5 valve engine producing 78 bhp (56.6 kW) maximum power at 7500 rotation per minutes and 8.1 kg-m maximum torque per minutes. Its engine was derived from the Paris Dakar winning Yamaha XTZ 750 Super Tenere.
