The 2011 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD accommodates 5 passenger comfortably. This SUV is designed for efficiency. Engine is a 182 hp 2.4-liter I-4 direct injection VVT. Alternatively, a cleaner burning 3.0L V6 flex fuel (gas or E85) engine that contributes 264 hp and 222 lb.-ft. of torque can be had. Both comes with 6-speed automatic gearbox. Steering utilizes a Rack mounted Electric Power Steering (REPS) that adjusts weight to speed. Terrain can also trailer up to 1500 lbs. Other highlights include stability control, intelligent all-wheel drive that adjusts traction to road condition, Hill Hold braking, rear vision camera, 18” tires on aluminum wheels, six standard airbags, leather upholstery, remote start, and heated driver and front passenger seats. A 40GB touch screen navigation system, trailering equipment package, and sunroof can be chosen as options.
