The 2010 Toyota Matrix S is a Front wheel drive (FWD) 4-door small wagon / hatchback. It housed a 2.4 L in-line 4-cylinder DOHC engine with VVTi that boosts power to 158 hp @ 6000 rpm and torque to 162 ft lb @ 4000 rpm. This gas fueled car is available in two gearbox choices – 5-speed manual (MT) or 5-speed automatic (AT). This said to be cousin of Corolla seats maximum 5 passengers, and has up to 61.5 cu ft of cargo space with rear seats folded. Standard equipments include integrated front fog lamps, 4-way adjustable front seats with driver’s seat vertical height adjuster, fold-flat passenger seat, 60/40 split fold-down rear bench seat, direct Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS), front and rear energy-absorbing crumple zone and 4-wheel ABS with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist. Power tilt/slide moonroof with sunshade and cruise control is available as option.
