The 2011 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4X4 is a mid-size truck based sport utility vehicle (SUV) with off-road ability. Its 3956 cc V6 engine with DOHC and Dual VVT-i valve train is mated with 5-speed automatic transmission. The engine is rated 270 hp at 5600 rpm and 278 lb ft torque at 4400 rpm. This model employs a part-time four wheel drive, where 4WD is activated from a floor lever when encountering off-road trail. Its exterior displays a squared off nose, creased headlights, heated outside mirrors with puddle lamps, overfenders, side rocker panels, chrome accented front grille insert, roof rails, and a rear tailgate power window.
