Powertrain is a fuel injected 1304 cc liquid-cooled short-stoke V-Twin with final belt drive that offers a low-end torque performance. Engine features include SOHC valve train, ceramic coated cylinders, actuated roller rockers, pent roof combustion, tucked in radiator mounted between front frame and down tubes, single crankshaft pin design, and 2-into-1-into-2 exhaust with dual slash cut mufflers and three way honeycomb catalyzer. The monocross style, 9-position spring preload adjustable, single shock, link rear suspension provides agile handling. Long, lean, and clean, this bike is a machine admired by hardtail enthusiast. Yamaha also offer a blacked-out Raven Stryker model as an alternative to the extensive chrome accents finish.
