P90065646 The 2011 BMW R 1200 R base naked urban roadster receives a new boxer engine that displaces 1170 cc.  The air-cooled 8-valve Flat Twin DOHC engine generates a generous 110 hp and 85 ft.lbs. of torque, giving this motorcycle a dynamic ride, reaching a top speed of up to 130 mph.  Comfortable on the road and great on corners, the bike is built on a rigid two part main/rear frame with light steel tubing structure that can be loaded up to 500 lbs. and rolls on 17” light cast aluminum alloy wheels.  The BMW Telelever and Paralever suspension can also be fitted optionally with Electronic Suspension Adjustment.  Updated styling tweaks include a new dash with two round analogue instrument, double-butted aluminium handlebars, shorter and sportier rear brushed stainless steel silencer with electronically controlled exhaust flap with good throaty sound, and chrome manifold.  BMW R 1200 R is available with partially integral ABS and Automatic Stability Control (ASC) option.

2011 Aprilia Sportcity 50 The 2011 Aprilia Sportcity 50 is a compact size, stylish scooter offering practicality and riding agility.  It is designed with protective front windshield, wide seat for two, passenger grab handle, flat platform, and a roomy underseat storage compartment.  The bike is driven with a 50cc 4-stroke single-cylinder SOHC engine, delivering 2 bhp @ 7000 rpm through a CVT automatic transmission.  The engine features carburetor fuel system, forced air cooling, and catalytic converter.  With ultra efficient combustion, Aprilia Sportcity 50 scooter is economical to run, running over 25 miles on 1 liter of fuel.  14” light alloy wheels are fitted to a classical open cradle frame in high strength steel tube.  Front hydraulic fork suspension has a wheel travel of 85 mm, while at the rear end engine-transmission assembly acts as swingarm and is damped by an adjustable shock absorber with a generous 84 mm of wheel travel.
