The 2011 Nissan Xterra X is a bold looking, truck-based, midsize SUV with plenty of room for 5-passengers and 36.3 cu.ft. of luggage space behind the seats. This rear wheel drive utility vehicle is motored by a powerful 4.0-Liter V6 DOHC engine that pushes out 261-horsepower and 281 lb.ft. of torque. Gearbox is a 5-speed automatic. Fuel economy estimates are 16 mpg urban and 22 mpg on the highway. The Xterra got an elevated ride height, towing capability of up to 5000-pounds, and can optionally be had in all-wheel drive for better off-road performance. The outside sports a sandblast aluminum colored grille, large flared fenders, and tubular roof rack with air dam. The base Xterra X model features keyless entry, privacy glass, cruise control, tilt steering column, air conditioning, 6-speaker stereo with CD player, and 16” steel wheel.
