The 2011 Nissan 370Z Base Coupe is a rear-wheel drive, 2-passenger sports coupe. Outside, it displays a roofline with a low-cut slant, aluminum hood, and boomerang shaped headlights and taillight. It has good aerodynamics with a comprehensive underbody airflow management contributing to a drag coefficient of .30 Cd. This lightweight, high performance car also known as the Z, gets its power from a 3.7-Liter V6 DOHC engine with Variable Valve Event and Lift (VVEL) on intake valves. Combined with a six-speed close ratio manual transmission and carbon composite driveshaft, the engine delivers 332 hp and 270 lb.ft. of torque. A 7-speed automatic gearbox with paddle-shifter are optional, and the Sport package comes with SynchroRev Match for the manual transmission.
Driving the car is easy, with exceptional handling and good control. The inside is fitted with premium quality material arranged in a minimalist style. It doesn’t carry a lot of luggage, however. Standard on the 370Z Base Coupe are keyless entry/ignition, cruise control, automatic climate control, 3-spoke tilt steering column, 8-way manual driver seat, four-speaker sound system with CD player, automatic xenon headlights, and 18” alloy wheels.
The 2011 Nissan Altima Hybrid is a 4-door gas-electric hybrid family sedan that seats up to five occupants. Outside its got an elegant curvy look. The cabin is solidly structured and roomy, providing decent space for even back seat passenger. This vehicle shares a few components with Toyota. Altima Hybrid powertrain combines a modified 2.5-Liter four-cylinder gas engine featuring Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS) on intake valves, with a 40 hp electronic electric motor, yielding 198-horsepower of net system power. The car can move on electric mode at low speed. Transmission is an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (CVT). The car achieves a good 34 mpg combined EPA fuel economy estimates. Standard features include keyless ignition/ entry, dual zone automatic climate control, full power accessories, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, unique hybrid instrumentation, six-speaker audio with CD player, and 16” alloy wheels.
