The 2011 Nissan Versa 1.8 S Hatchback is a compact 4-door 5-seat car that’s versatile and good for the money. It offers a maximum of 50 cu.ft. of cargo space. Its design is European inspired, but without alot of modern styling accent. There is enough room for four adults and the large windshield and side windows gives increase visibility. Power is generated by a 1.8-Liter 4-cylinder engine that features Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS), direct ignition system, electronic drive by wire throttle, and iridium tipped spark plugs. It delivers 122 hp and 127 lb.ft. of torque through a 6-speed manual transmission, or optionally a 4-speed automatic. The base Versa 1.8 S Hatchback model comes with air condition, tilt steering column, upper dash storage, 4-way manual front seat, suede/tricot cloth seat fabric, 60/40 split fold-down rear seatback, stereo with 6-disc CD changer, and 15” steel wheels.
The 2011 Nissan Versa 1.8 SL Sedan has a simply designed outward appearance, but offers a spacious cabin inside and a roomy trunk for a subcompact family car. Driver will have good forward visibility with big windows, access to rear row is easy with the tall roofline. This sedan carries up to five passengers. Even adults will be seated comfortably with enough legroom and headroom at the back. Engine is a 122 hp 1.8-Liter 4-cylinder mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. EPA estimated fuel efficiency is a claimed 24 mpg city and 32 mpg on the highway. The 1.8 SL model is the highest trim of the Versa Sedan, coming in after the 1.8 S model. Features in the 1.8 SL includes height adjustable driver’s seat, upgraded cloth upholstery, front and rear center armrest, 60/60 split rear seat backs, 6-speaker audio, and 15” alloy wheels. A Convenience package is available, adding keyless entry/ignition, leather wrapped steering column with audio control, and Bluetooth connectivity.
